"Those who were late paying their taxes because of serious addictions, but paid them back subsequently with interest and penalties, are typically given non-criminal resolutions. It is clear that Hunter was treated differently."
The response here is clear:
Republicans should pay attention to nothing the Left says or does. Nothing.
They have two years to move the agenda - move it. All of it. Do everything on the list: the border, taxes, trade, fentanyl, draining the swamp. Do it all. Do it immediately. It’s all legal. Do all the legal things.
And do them now.

What has happened on the left? In the past several decades of politics, you have seen that the Right/Left/Center dynamic has all but disappeared. The Left kept going to the left, dragging the centrists along with it. What we have ended up with is an absurdly radical far left and leftists. The centrists did not stay in the center.
Obamacare was once a radical proposition from the left. In 14 short years, Obamacare is now centrist, and the Left today wants to enslave doctors to universal healthcare. This is how far things have moved.
Joe Rogan sees this, stating that he "can't even see" the left. From "gender affirming" care to the release of violent criminals from jail and the societal collapse in San Francisco, he doesn't understand what happened to the political Left.
