In New York City, protestors chant "Say it loud, say it clear. We don't want no Zionists here." They say "zionist" as if it is supposed to be different from Jewish, but I don't think they mean it to be different. We hear "Israel Israel you can't hide, we want a Jewish genocide" from students at UCLA.
We are seeing a remarkable amount of hate for Jews. In 2023, Jews in Brooklyn are being instructed to hide in their homes during the 'Flood Brooklyn for Gaza' protest.
The focus of these Jew-haters is to identify and isolate Jews. How do they do that? By going after Christians. by going after you. By saying that you should be afraid to publically support Jews. Why do they take down the posters of the women and children kidnapped by Hamas? Because if you leave them up, it is a recognition that they are human beings.
There aren't enough strong statements condemning Hamas as a terrorist organization. There are not enough declarations in defense of Israel's right to exist. Most people are silent. We will not be.
