The shooting of a professor at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill by a student made it less than a day in the news. Why is that?
As Mia Cathell noted in The Media Is About to Bury This School Shooting Story:
News broke Monday afternoon of another school shooting. But in the coming days, as details emerge, expect the establishment media to forget about this progressively peculiar case. Already we've found that the alleged killer is a Wuhan-educated doctoral student accused of murdering a faculty member, his mentor, inside a campus lab.
...
It's certainly not the face of "white supremacy" on a mass murdering rampage to wipe out racial minorities, a story the salivating press would pounce to cover. Both the suspected shooter and the slain victim are Asian, with Chinese surnames.
What makes this school shooting disappear from the front pages? Sure, it doesn't fit with the preferred 'racist white supremacist' narrative around shootings. But isn't there a bigger story here? A story the mainstream media would rather not talk about?
It is time to have a serious conversation about how and why we give student visas to Chinese nationalists.
All Chinese nationalists are related one way or another to the Chinese Communist Party and should not be allowed to study in the United States. There is no way to know who to trust. By their own admission, as a nation, they want to supplant and oppress you.
What is the purpose of allowing a Chinese nationalist to study in the United States? So the university can get paid? I don't care about the university; I care about the safety of students and the security of our country.
