William Jacobson, Cornell Law Professor and the mind behind LegalInsurrection.com, joined me on Tony Katz Today to discuss the IRS whistleblowers testimony and the FD-1023 form released by Sen Grassley. Evidence seems to indicate that President Biden sold his office to the highest bidder.

Professor Jacobson says this the biggest scandal in modern history, dwarfing Watergate by far and we can't count on the media to tell people the truth. What is the solution? Congress must hold impeachment hearings in order to engage in an investigation of the evidence.

What If I’m Wrong?

I woke up early and Las Vegas, Nevada, grabbed a coffee and started walking down the Strip. I had a thought that had been bothering me, percolating over the last few days. What if I’m wrong? What if my belief that - in order to attend to your soul, and in order not to be driven crazy by an absolutely insane world - you have to stop to take a breath, take a beat and relax every now and again.

it seems that the other side, the progressives… the liberal left, they never stop, they never rest, and they never quit. That’s a paraphrase of author Michael Walsh. But it’s true.

And so am I right? Should we take a breath every now and again? Or is that only giving those people who want to damage a rational, decent way of life more opportunity to win?

Colleges That Don't Deserve Your Children

Since the attack on Israel by Hamas, a terrorist organization that exists only to kill Jews and wipe Israel off the map, we have been tracking the universities and student groups that have either a) shown open support for the attacks or b) have been unwilling to even mention Hamas as a terrorist organization that murdered over 1400 Israelis.

This is that list. Read for yourself what the schools or their students have been saying, and ask yourself if you should send your child there. Are you an alumnist/donor? Ask yourself if they deserve any more of your money.

The United Nations has Failed Western Civilization

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) now has NINE countries refusing to engage in funding because of the UNRWA's involvement in the October 7th terrorist attack on Israel. Evidence shows that 12 UNRWA employees participated in the attack by Hamas, both the planning and the execution. They supplied Hamas with arms and intelligence. Employees of the United NAtions Relief and works agency took hostages during the Hamas terrorist attack on Israel.

The United Nations, as we have long known, is an organization made up of some of the worst people in the world. Bigoted, dispicable, and obscene people who favor the destruction of democracy and despise western culture. The UN has never met a despot they didn't love.

What is the value of the United Nations? To protect the people who hate us?

Joe Rogan, Liberalism, and Leftism

The Leftism of Politics

Joe Rogan had comedian Bobby Lee on his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, and they discussed how far left the political left has moved in their lifetimes.

What has happened on the left? In the past several decades of politics, you have seen that the Right/Left/Center dynamic has all but disappeared. The Left kept going to the left, dragging the centrists along with it. What we have ended up with is an absurdly radical far left and leftists. The centrists did not stay in the center.

Obamacare was once a radical proposition from the left. In 14 short years, Obamacare is now centrist, and the Left today wants to enslave doctors to universal healthcare. This is how far things have moved.

Joe Rogan sees this, stating that he "can't even see" the left. From "gender affirming" care to the release of violent criminals from jail and the societal collapse in San Francisco, he doesn't understand what happened to the political Left.
