Two stories I found on WIBC homepage that dealt with the culture war. Let's take a look at them and what they say about today's political and social climate.
One, discusses Republicans and Democrats dealing with a legislative culture war regarding social issues. You can see the full piece HERE.
We know there is a culture war, but the political right didn't ask for this- the engagement of DEI and "anti"-racism to divide children. Teaching them to hate themselves and hate each other. The political right didn't ask for the political left to attack our children.
Sarah Huckabee Sanders noted in her State of The Union rebuttal noted that the Right didn't ask for this war, but we wil fight it.
Another story on WIBC was about a social media post of a student in blackface that sparked a protest. The School made a statement about the student's actions. Students are saying this is an example of racism on campus. But what does the student's foolish behavior on their own time have to do with the School? Did the School teach this? Condone this?
Are we raising children to be thoughtful adults or training political activists? This is the culture war.
